In this session, NNLM Region 2 Strategist Nick Vera will highlight the extensive training and partnership opportunities available through the Network of the National Library of Medicine (NNLM) Region 2. Learn how NNLM supports health information access through virtual classes, resource sharing, and community engagement initiatives designed to meet the evolving needs of libraries and health organizations.

This session will include an overview of NNLM’s organizational structure, available learning opportunities (ranging from consumer health to data science), and continuing education offerings, many of which provide MLA or public health credits. Participants will engage in a collaborative “Think, Pair, Share” activity to explore the types of training, resources, and collaborations that would best support their local work and communities.

Whether you're new to NNLM or looking to expand your involvement, this session will help you leverage the full spectrum of support available from Region 2—and help shape future offerings based on your input.
