My name is Nick Vera. I am the User Experience and Education Strategist for Region 2 of the NNLM. In my role, I support Region 2 by developing and promoting educational initiatives that advance health information access, digital literacy, and equitable outreach across our region. I lead efforts to improve user experience across our services, manage the training calendar, and collaborate with libraries, public health professionals, and community organizations to deliver responsive, high-impact programming. My work ensures that Region 2’s educational resources are accessible, engaging, and aligned with the diverse needs of the communities we serve.
